Kinetic classes are programmed and designed by Kinetic’s owner Jordan himself to offer a full-body workout with an emphasis on strength training. See below for a full description of each class offered, and their typical schedule.

Strength Classes

Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm

Total Body Weekend Flow Class

Saturdays at 9 AM

Elevate your fitness with a class that combines aerobic conditioning and dynamic resistance training. Perfect for all fitness levels, this program focuses on improving endurance, strength, and athletic ability to build a strong foundation for functional movement.
